We are committed to sustainability in everything that we do, from the purchase and delivery of our ingredients, to where and how foods are produced, to the disposal and reduction of waste before and after an event.

We strive to select vendors who produce organic, locally grown foods as well as sustainable products made from corn or recycled materials.
