~ Winter Menu ~

  • Deviled eggs with watermelon rind pickle garnish

  • Domestic cheese plate with house-made fig preserves and sunchoke relish
  • Turkey and andouille sausage jambalaya
  • Braised beef short ribs with mushroom-thyme sauce
  • Root mash with turnips, rutabagas, parsnips, sunchokes and yukon golds
  • Winter salad: baby spinach, pomegranate seeds with pecans and tangerine vinaigrette
