Sassafras Catering Party Menus
At Sassafras, we make all of our canned goods in-house, including Sunchoke Relish and Fig Preserves for charcuterie or cheese plates, Apple Chutney, Peach & Cranberry Chutney, and Watermelon Rind Pickles. We also make our own chicory coffee, blackened seasoning, and barbeque sauces from scratch.

- Butternut squash casserole with Tillamook cheddar
- White cheddar mac & cheese with béchamel
- Marinated mushrooms with sherry, toasted hazelnuts and fennel seeds
